Capital Planning and Procurement
Capital Planning and Procurement specialises in providing procurement services to Four Seasons hotels and resorts. An essential resource for our hotels, they provide operational supplies to existing properties and support the hotel opening and renovation process.  Working with hotel owners, interior design firms, global suppliers and hotel operating teams, the group protects brand standards while managing an efficient supply chain.

Corporate Marketing
This team is responsible for promoting Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as the premier luxury hotel and resort provider. Through marketing communications, branding, public relations, web marketing, sales, direct marketing and market research, the Corporate Marketing team partners with local hotel and resort marketing teams.

Worldwide Sales Offices
The WSOs sell our complete portfolio of hotels and resorts to new and existing customers, focusing on multi-user accounts. They also support and augment on-property sales efforts. The 23 sales offices are located in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Dubai, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Riyadh, San Francisco, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, Washington, DC, Miami, Sao Paulo, London, Beijing, Shanghai, Mumbai.

Worldwide Reservations Office
Our WROs provide around-the-clock reservations services to business and leisure travellers around the world. It also manages the global distribution systems for all hotels and resorts, provides direction on pricing, merchandising and revenue management, and processes reservations through toll-free voice services, e-mail, global electronic systems including and the airline systems. The group also supports the worldwide Four Seasons gift card programme, and leads management for Four Seasons residences and guest recognition efforts of our hotels and resorts.

Design and Construction
This team is responsible for the design and construction of all new hotels, resorts and Residential properties, as well as major renovations for existing properties. They work with hotel owners to ensure compliance with defined Four Seasons standards and review acquisition opportunities and engineering standards for all properties.

The Development team works with potential and existing hotel owners to create a pipeline of properties for portfolio growth. They focus on projects at various stages of development, ensuring that Four Seasons enters into profitable long-term management agreements.

The finance department is an integral part of the overall management of the company, supporting all aspects of the business.  The finance team provides critical financial analysis and information necessary to make operating and strategic decisions and assists in identifying opportunities for improvement to our business.  The finance team is responsible for financial reporting and analysis, cash and treasury management, tax, budgeting and forecasting and preparation of financial statements.

Human Resources
The HR team provides a wide range of support for employees worldwide in the following areas: compensation and benefits, learning and career development, recruitment support through college recruitment and succession planning and HR initiatives for Corporate employees worldwide.

Information Systems and Technology
This group manages the information technology needs for our hotels, resorts, Corporate Office, remote/satellite offices, and Residence Clubs worldwide. They also oversee the IST strategy for the operational side of information technology and create and implement new software applications.

Our team of lawyers prepares and negotiates documentation for the company’s commercial transactions. This would include, for example, agreements respecting new Four Seasons branded projects, hotel renovations, hotel sales and re-financings. The legal department also manages disputes and litigation matters, oversees corporate governance, the protection of the company’s intellectual property and  supports other departments with their legal needs.

The Operations team establishes, implements and monitors operating policies, procedures, systems and standards for all hotels and resorts worldwide in the areas of guest experience, food and beverage and rooms.  They continually assess trends and competitive industry practices and ensure effective communication with owner representatives.

Residential Operations
The Residential Operations team focuses on all stages of the residential development cycle beginning with the feasibility, design, execution, branding and selling of Four Seasons Residential portfolio.  The team supports the existing residential operations by driving key global residential initiatives to ensure Four Seasons homeowners are receiving unparalleled service, superior asset management and the highest quality physical product.  Learn more about Four Seasons Residences.
