Experience with Birchstreet e-Procurement solution.
Prior Union experience is a plus.
We are looking for individuals who are analytical, have good communication skills, and demonstrate an ability to lead, train and motivate a team.
Applicants are required to have three to five years experience in purchasing, in a managerial capacity, preferably in a hotel environment. A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with previous relevant experience.
Some travel is required for procurement, training, conferences and special events.
