Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Corporate Operations is seeking a full-time Rooms Operations Intern to join their team for 2-4 months, commencing in May 2013. To be eligible, candidates must be currently enrolled in a related post-secondary co-operative education program and require a co-op placement or internship term for program completion.
Compensation: End of term honorarium, monthly travel stipend, and complimentary lunches in employee cafeteria.
Reporting to the Vice President, Rooms, Americas, the Rooms Operations Intern will provide Operations support, working collaboratively across corporate disciplines and our hotels to improve the use of Guest Recognition, Customization of our guests experiences, and help hotels better understand the feedback from our guests. The Rooms Operations Intern will perform necessary research and prepare summary reports for various projects.
Role Summary:
· Ensure new tools to enhance Guest Recognition are successful through analysis, research, investigation and collaboration with hotel and corporate functions.
· Assist in the development of an improved customized service program.
· Analysis of our Guest Feedback information to better understand the voice of our guests and direction for Operational changes.
