Instructional Briggs Facilitator
Experience with 360 Degree Feedback models (Benchmarks, DDI, or similar)
Certified Myers Executive Coaching experience
Highly skilled in all modes of communication
Demonstrated ability to develop customized learning content for broad audiences

Bachelor's degree, or significant industry experience equivalent to a degree required; Advanced degree in Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Training
& Development, or HR preferred.
10+ years Learning & Development experience in fast paced service industry environment, as well as 5+ years at a senior level in a global talent and organizational capabilities function within a highly regarded, complex corporation
Some travel will be required
Strategic Vision and Direction
Lead a global Learning & Development infrastructure, strategy and action plan to implement dynamic learning systems, suitable for all properties, including developing the best methodologies for training delivery (i.e. web-based, classroom, etc.), that contribute to the overall success of the organization
Continuously assess learning needs as business environments change and provide learning solutions that are cutting edge and relevant.
Develop & deliver strategic initiatives designed to build a culture of performance and innovation
Collaborate with and influence senior leaders of the company to promote the value of learning in meeting business objectives
Training and Development
Drive ongoing learning needs analysis, design, scripting, development, assessment, implementation and evaluation of training materials to ensure alignment with business strategy and sound ROI outcomes and efficacy of programs
Analyse, recommend, and deliver learning solutions for senior leaders to strengthen skill and ability of management
Partner closely with senior leaders in operations to deliver value through learning opportunities and further the long term strategy of the organization
Lead and direct a team of learning professionals, as well as third party vendors and consultants to ensure a consistent learning experience at all locations
Manage the delivery of training and performance support solutions which result in better core and culture standards performance
Support the development and delivery of appropriate learning opportunities for development of senior and future leadership talentglobally, Top Talent etc.
Manage the financial aspects of the learning function and programs, including ROI, budget preparations, etc.
