The Golf Pro Manager will assist the Director of Golf with all aspects of the golf operation including, but not limited to the following:
*-- Supervises employees; hires and trains employees; schedules, assigns and monitors work; evaluates performance; disciplines employees; prepares and approves payroll in absence of Director of Golf.
*-- Assists in overseeing management of all business transactions, accounting, purchasing, budgeting, and inventory control.
*-- Assists with purchasing of merchandise for the golf pro shop as well as monitors inventory levels of all guest and staff supplies.
*-- Schedules golf play for leisure and group business, enforcement of golf rules and regulations; policing of the course to regulate play and conduct of players using a highly experienced staff.
*-- Provides, coordinates and instructs golf lessons/clinics to the Resort Guests and Members.
*--Must have excellent leadership abilities, great customer service skills, ability to multitask and must be able to work with all levels of management.
