Pro-actively contributes in leading HR initiatives and coordinates HR processes at the Resort which aim at delivering on our vision to be the best employer for high performing and diverse employees in our destination

 
Requirements  

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and administrative skills. Previous experience in leading a team is required.

Previous exposure to several of the following areas would be an advantage: employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee housing, transportation and Egyptian labor law.

Fluent English and Arabic - written and spoken.  Work authorization required: Egypt.
