Internships

Four Seasons offers global internship opportunities to undergraduates and graduates who want to get a head start in their career. An internship allows you to experience the Four Seasons culture, learn our standards and gain exposure to various areas of a hotel or resort. 

To ensure that you have the best possible experience, you will be assigned a buddy at the beginning of your internship to guide you through our five-stage introductory training programme. You will also be exposed to operational and management meetings and participate in individual or group projects.

Internship opportunities are offered in the following areas:

• Operational departments such as Food and Beverage and Rooms Division
• Specialist areas like Spa and Culinary
• Administrative departments such as Finance and Human Resources

An internship is the first opportunity for you to experience life at Four Seasons. Students who successfully complete the programme are encouraged to join us on a permanent basis on completion of their studies, as a Manager In Training or in a direct-entry position.

Compensation, benefits and relocation vary by location and will be discussed during the application process. 

Corporate Internships
Our Four Seasons Summer Corporate Internship programme provides an opportunity for students to learn about operations at the corporate level, thus expanding their awareness of a particular function, of the company and of the industry as a whole. After a period of hands-on experience in their area of interest, students will return to their studies with a strong understanding of their development goals and career path.

Interns selected to participate in the programme work from May to August in one of the following departments in our Corporate Home Office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
